"Great hotel about a 6 minute walk from Nagano train station. You can hear the trains from the rooms on the side of the hotel facing the tracks, but it is very muffled. Tiny rooms like all Japanese hotels in the affordable range. But very functional, great staff with decent (for Japan) English. My room had a killer massage chair, love the place just for that.
