"The staff were so helpful giving us directions to get to Times Square and back by subway and bus. The breakfast was great and it was awesome to have a shuttle back to the airport. Better instructions on how to get and find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel would have been much appreciated. We had to take a taxi to get to the hotel but loved the shuttle returning to the airport."

"Easy walk to the subway, multiple options for convenience stores and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe at any time. Very easy access to Manhattan using the express line in the subway. It has a fridge, microwave and good size room. I will come back for my next visit to NYC"
