"The staff were so helpful giving us directions to get to Times Square and back by subway and bus. The breakfast was great and it was awesome to have a shuttle back to the airport. Better instructions on how to get and find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel would have been much appreciated. We had to take a taxi to get to the hotel but loved the shuttle returning to the airport."
