"First, we arrived late at night for check in and our reservation was given away but we were sent to another nearby hotel for the night which was an 8 minute walk away to make up for it. It was our first time in NY so I was a little nervous to walk but the neighborhood isn’t too bad (I probably wouldn’t have gone alone but felt safe enough with my partner). "The bathroom toilet didn't have a cover which was strange. Don't know if the ac in my room wasn't working but it just wouldn't seem to get cold. The room was a good size & nicely designed. Staff was friendly and willing to help. "

"I like the room, microwave and refrigerator available. Affordable. It was close to the subway. It was only $2.90 for a ride to Manhattan. Breakfast was good enough but the coffee machine has to be replaced. It is not good at all. THEY NEED to replace the rug in the hallway. Vending machines and ice machine are available. "
