"Pros: Location is excellent for any activity or sight seeing Alfama. Everything is within walking distance. Tram stop is 1 minute away. The staff is most friendly, accommodating and helpful. Great price for its central location and quality of rooms and service Cons: Breakfast room is way too small to handle many guests at onetime No way to accommodate guests who drive - no access and parking"

"Great hotel for a quick visit to Lisbon. Hotel is clean, rooms are good, breakfast is great and the reception staff are friendly. Just had an issue with the room not cleaned when we got back late at night but the receptionist sorted out fresh towels for us. "

"The location, staff and property are all fantastic ! It’s an easy walk to the main shopping and dining areas . The rooms were very clean and simple. The one drawback is that each room has a really strong green light in it which , I assume is the exit light . In the dorm rooms it’s not an issue on the lower bunks as you have a bed above you and privacy curtains. On the upper bunk and private rooms it’s a real issue so make sure you have an eye mask .
