"Beautiful hotel in the center of Baixa, the best location in town walking distance everywhere. nice flat walking around town and you can even walk to Alfama with its steep streets. Excelent service and ample and comfortable room. We got upgraded to a junior suite and were welcome with a bottle of wine, porto, chocolates and of course pastel de nata. They have a restaurant on the premises so that isnice if you arrie late or are short on time"

The pool spa area is lovely but not masive, was fine for us as we stayed off season but imagine it would get very busy peak season, shame rooftop bar was closed in november, but good views from bar on 12th floor. "The hotel staff and service are excellent, it always felt like whatever was needed all you had to do was ask and they would be happy to accommodate. The breakfast buffet is delicious and staff are very attentive and friendly. The spa facilities were lovely. The location gives you excellent links for public transport or even just walking around with lots of decent restaurants close by."
