"Had a great time staying here. Staff were friendly and rooms were beautiful, I loved the rainfall shower heads! Only thing I was not aware of was the “city tax” that I was notified at the end of the stay and had to pay additional money for which would make more sense to include in the hotel reservation cost at the beginning. Not the hotels fault but was unusual. Would certainly come back and stay here!"

"I checked in on my 40th birthday and the front desk had upgraded my room without even requesting. We went out for dinner and the room was decorated with local bottle of bubbles, cake, chocolates and lavender pouches. Really made my day special! The indoor pool is nice with warm water! "

"Lovely hotel, very smart and clean and helpful staff, good breafsst buffet with lots of options. The pool spa area is lovely but not masive, was fine for us as we stayed off season but imagine it would get very busy peak season, shame rooftop bar was closed in november, but good views from bar on 12th floor. The very fancy shops are 5 mins away, but centre of town is more like 20-35 mins away if like me you like a walk, if not bus/metro within 5-7mins so convenient if not the closest. Good...
