"Historic hotel in an excellent location for exploring other nearby neighborhoods. Stunning lobby and elegant quest sitting areas. Breakfast buffet in plush surroundings was included in stay and featured a large selection of choices. Staff was beyond friendly and attentive. Our flight got in very early in the morning and they even offered us a complementary breakfast while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Would highly recommend."

"Great quiet location, on top of one of Lisbon’s hills so be ready yo walk a lot, which was great! Hotel was good but far too expensive for the value. We had a room on the 1st floor of the main building and could hear the people walking above us in the wee hours of the night. Was complicated to get an iron, then an ironing board or extra towels… bathrobes were a little “tired” and the paper holder in our room wasn’t properly fixed to the wall… little details that you wouldn’t expect from a hotel...
