Hotel is in the middle of Lisbon, busy and safe area and the windows are great at keeping out the noise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean room, felt safe, beautiful accents. Many room amenities, had great views. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

It was my second stay in this great hotel. The central location makes getting around the city easy as subway stops are just minutes away. Many of the tours start in nearby plazas. Restaurants are plentiful and reception has some excellent recommendations that are not touristy. I will stay again on my next visit.

Staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, professional and went well above our expectations to help out with our questions, suggestions and my own cell phone issues. Location was great, walkable to many attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was clean and again, staff was so warm and friendly and made us feel welcome to our first visit to Lisbon.
