"The included breakfast was convenient, the mattress was a tad mushy for my comfort but the room was nice, the staff was extremely helpful and their clever “window plugs” kept the street noice at bay. Subway at the end of the block and Chelsea Market across the street for easy eats. I’d gladly stay again. "

"Loved the shower head! Felt so good after long days of walkimg around the city. Place was pretty and clean and just what we needed. The only issue is the way the shower is designed. Since there is no curtain, water pours onto the floor. This wasnt really an issue for us but Im sure its a pain for whoever has to wash all the extra wet towels on the floor. We would stay here again!"

"The location is excellent and the hotel is very trendy and cool. The staff were a hit and miss: the interaction we had with the different staff were either excellent (polite & friendly) or poor (cold & snobby), depending on who we got. It would have been nice if they had gone over the amenities with us during check in. We didnt’ know there was a sushi restaurant on the roof or that the pool was closed or that the lounge was closed on Mondays. All these we figured out on our own. Lastly if...

"Maria at the front desk went above and beyond! We were 10 hours late checking in, tired and frustrated! Maria offered us water immediately answered all questions and was incredibly kind. Every time Maria saw us, she took the time to make sure we were happy and always offered to help with anything we needed. And above it all, she did it with a smile! Well done! I will stay here again and again"

"The smell was amazing and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The property is gorgeous and so conveniently located. They give a credit every night at the lobby bar or spa fo offset the cost of the daily fee which is really nice. Will definitely stay there when I’m in NYC next time. "

I would stay again.

"I would stay at this hotel again. From the employees at the front counter to the maintenance staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized. The design, decoration and atmosphere give you the vibe of its French origin. Beautiful and elegant. As for the price, after having done a lot of research in the area, it was the best and clearest in its category. That is, from the beginning they informed me what the total would be. No additional charges or surprise charges before, during or after check in or check out."

"Absolutely the most clean hotel we have stayed in a while. 9 min walkable to Maddison square garden. A better located hotel than Times Square. Inspected the room super clean and sanitized. Felt very comfortable staying here. Def recommend and will be coming back. Only downfall was the elevator only one working had to take the stairs from 25th floor down a few times and one time. Don’t mind the steps but with 2 small kids was a killer for them. Apart from the elevator absolutely amazing stay and wonderful staff. "
