"The staff were absolutely terrific. Very friendly and extremely helpful and did not have a single negative interaction with any of them. We had one very minor glitch with a planned activity and they went above and beyond to make it up to (thanks Luis!). The facility is very well maintained and location is fantastic for easy walking around the city. We are already planning our next visit"

"The staff was excellent, although, at times, it felt like too few people were stationed in the restaurants and on the beach. The food at the restaurants was wonderfully well prepared, but some effort to make the menus more exciting would have been appreciated. The room was clean and very well taken-care-of. The beach was lovely, but overcrowded. All in, this was a very nice vacation. "

"The rooms and facilities are really nice. Everyone on staff is very kind. I enjoyed the beach, the pool and the food. The days were very peaceful. My biggest issue was the noise level in the late afternoons and evenings. I had a “garden view” room, between the noise from the restaurants, live music from the main lobby carrying, classes at the pool, private parties at the beach and in the ballrooms there was a lot of noise and music blasting every night. "Check in was a little slow, didn’t get our room until 430, besides that everything went well. Staff was awesome and friendly and Jorge was awesome along with security guards and wait staff"
