"The embassy suite’s was great! It was very clean and quit. Everything was new and staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and lots of room for everyone. The beach is right across the street making it super easy to get to. We rented a car and parking was free and easy. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to shops and other restaurants. "

"Modern hotel with huge rooms and two very large pools. We had a king ocean view which was huge with a living room and kitchen and balcony on 6th floor. Very clean and well maintained. Infinity pool is adult only and fabulous. A 5 min walk from the beach and it has its own beach area with shade and beds but very tricky to get one. People are allowed to reserve personally so by 7am ish all beds gone with people not turning up til midday. That was my only criticism though."

"2nd time at Hilton. It's such a great location, it's a non-crowded beach, everyone is pleasant to you from the moment you walk in. It's expensive---not Ritz or St Regis expensive--but it's up there, so be forewarned. But you pay for convenience, and not having to get up at 4am to reserve your palapsas, like you do at other places, is well worth it. The room and hotel is very very clean, the bathroom is just the right size. I had a better room the 1st time, so try to get in the A tower. B&C are nice , but A is better. The food on the premises is great--Sunset Grill and the breakfast Laguna restaurants are awesome. And like I said, the beach is clean, the help and security are very good. My complaints are minor, such as they could use another "hut" to distribute and return towels, esp since they're building another 150+ complex on the property, the stainless steel bottles that they give you in place of water---nice, but they're not going to keep anything cold for long, even if you throw ice in it. I'd rather they give me a real yeti/corksicle/thermos AND CHARGE ME FOR IT, than what they gave, which is just an advertising tool. The cabinets in C building were inefficient, so I basically had to live out of my suitcase. And word to the wise--if you're planning dinner around 5pm, get downstairs early to get your cab!! but again--these are minor complaints. Love love love the Hilton!"
