About a 10 minute walk to train station and shopping so it was quiet. Beds were low to the ground so not a lot of places to put suitcases - could not put them under the beds. Be sure to follow the check-in & access instructions carefully, they are easy to understand once you do this.

Our second time at the Minn apartment hotel. High quality service, apartment is very clean and provide all the modern amenities, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Location was duperb with Osaka station being 5 minutes walk away. Higjly recommend.

Check in experience was terrible. I was given incorrect code two times and told to use lock box for physical key. Lockbox also did not open. There is no one at front desk and you have to speak with someone over skype. I had to wait 35 mins with my two year old toddler in small lobby for staff to let me inside the room. Next room was quite dirty, light fixture and under bed was full of dust. Lying in bed gave me bad allergies and itchiness. Provided pot had peeled coating which is cancerous. Upon request, i was provided with new pot. I would not recommend this hotel for people with family. On the other hand Minn Sanjo in Kyoto was very nice and clean. This specific hotel was not a good experience unfortunately.

There is no staff at reception. You call them over Skype which was inconvenient and slow. They also don’t give you a physical room key. Instead you use a digital code to get into the room. This code didn’t work sometimes and locked us out of the room. When I informed staff of this predicament they said they will be able to help in 30 minutes. Which is no good when you’re locked out at 2am.

We had no hot water our entire stay so we showered in the coldest water everyday. First time using the shower handle, there was a strand of white hair. There’s also a weird mirror right in the middle of the shower, very off putting to where it would be position (private area). Made me feel uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable and there wasn’t much room to walk around without stepping on the bed since it was on the floor. For some reason I had the impression it would be a regular bed frame. The only good thing was location.

Great location within a few minutes walk to Osaka station which made it super convenient for day trips to Nara and Kyoto. We didn’t receive the check in email but we called the hotel when we arrived and they talked us through the check in process. The beds were big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The bathroom had a slight mould smell but it’s most likely from keeping the bathroom doors shut. We ran the shower and aired it out and it was fine. Wifi was fast and the place was clean. Closet was big enough for 5 suitcases. We only needed a place to sleep as we were out all day. It was good to have a microwave and 7/11 across the road. Lots of places to eat at the station or right at your front door.

距大阪站10-12分鐘路程，距福島站約8分鐘路程 距離不算是最方便，但酒店對面有便利店，沿路向大阪站有兩間餐廳. 有著大房間，微波爐，煮食爐洗衣機和浴室乾燥機，對家庭旅客是相當適合
