"We loved staying at this hotel. We had the triple room downstairs. It is very easy walking distance to central pier (madame tussauds/sealife/Tower). Kyle was very welcoming & efficient. The only downside was there wasn't any soap. I'm sure if I'd have contacted someone (we didn't use our room until after 9.30pm) that would've been rectified. Would highly recommend & we'll definitely stay again if visiting Blackpool."

"The hosts was welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We was allowed to leave our bags beginning and end of our stay so we could enjoy our holiday without carting around bags. "This place is disgusting and we want a refund,black mold on the walls,filthy carpets and walls,bare wires everywere,everything is the cheapest of the cheap, dog hsirs everywere of their dog,refuse,faeces and every other kind of waste strewn around the property..it shoukd be knocked down its that bad "
