"This is our second stay at Thurnham Hall as we enjoyed it so much last time. I think the things that could be improved are: no charge for the leisure centre. It’s unclear on the website what the charges are, if they always apply etc. More clarity about how many bathrooms/ beds exactly will be provided. Last time we had the opportunity to split the beds in the main bedroom, which worked well as I was sharing with my daughter. This time it was a double bed. Or there should be an option to tick to...
