"Very convenient location, close to Hachioji station and shops. My room was modern and comfortable with a large, comfortable queen bed. This is Tokyo, so the bed took up most of the room, but there was also a desk and a large window ledge where the TV, glasses and tea kettle were placed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome and safe here."

"I stayed with R&B Hachioji for 1 night. In my short stay, it is a clean and convenient place, with easy access to the nearby Keio-Hachioji and the main Hachioji station, both are within walkable distances of 3 and 8 minutes respectively. For a reasonable price, u get a comfortable bed, an en-suite shower and boiling kettle. Highly recommended!"

"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"A very basic hotel, although staff were helpful and polite. There were no dining opportunities and the rooms were small and rather depressing. However it was clean and convenient. The price was reasonable for what it offered."

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

Thoroughly Enjoyable

"Loved the place. Great location, quiet, very friendly and efficient staff, and a cute little cafe downstairs that had good food. The breakfast was just juice, milk, bread, and tea, but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Our room was quite small but very comfortable (downright cozy) and had a brand new shower with nice hot water coming out of it. "

"I stayed here for the 2025 Tokyo Marathon and let me say this is the place to book!! It is right by the start line so you can use the washroom before you start your race. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with lots of healthy food options. Look no further than here for the marathon!"
