"The lobby and all shared spaces had an odd smell. The hotel is older and hasn't been updated in a very long time. The chair, futon, and footstool had many dark liquid stains. It was clean, included parking, and was very close to the airport so exactly what we needed. The restaurant was closed and they said they don't know when it will reopen. "

"Good that its near the airport. Decent hotel but pillows were bad. People were ok, could probably have better customer service. When we walked in, they were being rude to a foreigner checking in. "

"It is very close to LAX and offers a 24-hour free shuttle service. The staff are very friendly and patient. You can request a delicious omelet from the chef for breakfast. All bedding and furniture were cleaned thoroughly. However, the sink drainage was a bit slow, which was slightly inconvenient."

"This property was a good option for my layover while in LA. I did not stay for very long to enjoy the amenities, etc. I slept well during the time I had and the shuttle service was efficient. One thing I didn’t realize is that this property is a motel style and my room was upstairs, I had to carry my bag up the stairs and there are other steps before getting to the room as well. These things aside, it was a good and convenient option. "

"The staff was always really helpful. Upon arrival our door did not work. A battery had to be replaced. And noticed on our way out someone else’s door had to be repaired. If you have any agility issues at all, you need to ask for the handicapped room the toilets are very low.There was not regular coffee only decaf in the rooms for two days. on our fifth night, the fire alarm went off at 5 AM. The parking is very difficult besides costing $18 a night and I don’t believe that cost was made clear to...
