"The property was an overall great experience for me and my family. The location was great! Near the Snow Summit mountain for snowboarding and skiing. It was also very cozy to stay in with the fire place on and the cold weather. However, the property was not fully cleaned properly. There was dust everywhere and the blankets and covers did not smell like they were washed properly. Some of the lights did not work so it was very dim and dark inside the property at night and the grill was not cleaned...

"Communication was nil. After a panic attack, emails and phone call to host didn't work= disconnected number. Then emails to any possible option hotels.com or the other emails= and driving 4 hours hoping to get a response. In 40° weather= we finally got a code to enter. The code was incorrect. We're shivering outside and in our car very stressed. Eventually someone sent an email saying, "try this code". We got in by 7pm"

"Loved staying in a historic home. The décor was stunning. However due to its open concept & cement floors you hear everything. Was not happy that we were told after we booked that it would be a large amount of money a day to heat the very small pool which was not as clean as we would have liked. Also wished there had been more comfortable outdoor seating & interior shades for the house got really hot during the day & took a long time to cool."

"The property had all the amenities I needed. The property resembled a small apartment, which is plenty of room for 4 guests. The front desk was very receptive to the requests of items and was easily reachable via phone. The only downside to the property is that the walls were very thin. I could hear the people walking in the hallway, the luggages rolling on the pavement, and the lawn mower going off every now and then. "
