"The hotel was clean, room was nice and comfortable, but the shuttle service (lack of) really messed up our experience. They say the shuttle runs every 20 to 30 min.. We waited at the airport for 1.5hrs with heavy bags, after a 6 hr flight, and had to call 3 times for the shuttle. In 1.5hrs, the shuttle rolled by once and didnt even bother to stop by tbe shuttle signs, despite us waiving. That was very frustrating. The next morning we had to catch an early flight, and they said the shuttle was...

"I am a cancer patient going thru some tuff chemo. The fire interrupted power to the hospital I was to have scans today. We were evacuated and had to make accomodations else where. Made reservation here. Arrived at 1pm checkin is 4pm but they allowed me to checkin early very thankful"

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in while visiting Los Angeles amazing Staff, very cooperative, including the little mini robot lol. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable bed. We had an interaction with the on duty manager Giovanni Samayoa, he’s not only very helpful, but also very knowledgable about the area and very nice person to talk to. The highlight is an amazing breakfast in the morning where they prepare made-to-order breakfast, I will give them 10 out of 10."

"The room was clean and adequate. We did find a place to eat across the street. The shuttle to and from the airport was OK, although we did wait an extremely long time for pick up. The shuttle back to the airport was on time. "
