"This hotel is a gem, centrally located, clean, and well-managed. Little details have been thought through to make the living experience wonderful. Along with the room, the common areas like the reception/ lobby, and the onsen are well laid out. The staff is friendly and always there to assist with a smile. The area around the hotel is vibrant with plenty of good eating out options."

"Ease of access from train station. Room was big, the biggest one for our 15 nights trip in Japan. Sound proof was great as couldn't hear anything from the train tracks despite the distance. Breakfast was great. Wife loves the onsen facility. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying here in future trip!"

"Great location right next to the Amu Plaza and JR Nagasaki Station with lots of dining options and shopping. Walking distance to the Twenty-Six Martyrs Museum, St. Philip and Nakamachi Churches. Public buses and electric trams for transportation were out in front, but we chose to drive our rental car for sightseeing. Recommend studying the map and directions on the hotel's website to get to their parking garage entrance as it may be a bit confusing and challenging at first. "

"Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel."
