"We stayed here again because of great views in clean rooms with great customer service. Also the location with a Walmart behind for souvenirs and the Ala Moana mall in front with a big beach in front of that, all walkable. Dont forget the shuttle to Waikiki. Concierge service, spa, family friendly pool thats not overwhelming for couples like us just chilling. "

"Dinner at Quara was oustanding! My husband raved about the oxtail pasta and brussle sprouts. Everyone was incredible polite, cheerful, and perfectly lovely. We loved the kitchen and furo, too. Of all the Ritz-Carltons we've stayed at--Washington, DC, Maui, the old one on the Big Island, the one in Marina Del Rey, and a fabulous one in Cario, yours was the sweetest. We went to the one in Paris, but only to the bar. Hope to stay there some day, but we will be back to see you next week--sad...

"Great hotel with an upscale boutique-y feel. It was quiet in the midst of busy Honolulu. The pool and pool bar are lovely. All staff went above and beyond at every encounter. The one thing that could make the hotel more elevated is if they had a coffee bar (morning) and bar (evening)."

"We loved the Surfjack. What a fun little hotel ticked onto a side street right off the main drag in downtown Waikiki. The rooms were comfortable and cute. We loved the live music every night, the restaurant and coffee shop onsite and the friendly front desk staff. We even got to meet the hotel mascot, Jack the bulldog, during his meet and greet. The coffee by the pool in the morning was great, too. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We were very impressed with the staff, location and the cleanliness. The location was in the middle of many eateries and shops; it was so convenient. Cassel, front desk, was super helpful and kind. It was the first time for my three kids in Waikiki and Hilton Grand Hokulani made the experience memorable. We did movie night on Sunday and the fireworks (just a couple of blocks away) on Friday. We will be back! Thank you! "

"This hotel is awesome, right in the center of the city and with great ocean view in the front and mountain terrain in the back. The staff is so accommodating, the pool was easy access and there is Aroma Cafe for breakfast/lunch. Would recommend 10/10 perfect hotel to stay in!! "

"The property is conveniently located to all of the dining in the shopping at Waikiki Beach. The room was spacious and Well appointed. The bedding and pillows were really comfortable. I only call was not being white on the beach as it made. It appear in the pictures. There are two buildings between the hotel and the ocean, so your view is limited. Also, you need to walk about 100 yards down a path to get to the beach."

"Very nice supportive staff- clean hotel. . Beautiful pool and pool deck to hang out. Walking distance to beach and lots of great restaurants. Older hotel, but a great place to stay for the price! Easy safe parking with In-N-Out privileges for $28 a night. No adjoining balcony rooms – one balcony per floor. "
