"My reservation had no address. Very hard to find. Place consissts of 8 very small rooms (about 5' X 12' including the bathroom. All converted from what looks like a condo. Has elevator as itis located on the 3rd floor. Small comunnal refrigerator. Room is the size of the double bed plus 3+', to the bathrom. No fire exit, two small windows in the room are barred shut. Aircon is OK. TV is worthless. Surprised Hotels.com even rents this place."

"The hotel is on the 11th floor of a building equipped with lots of elevators around the building. The corridor from the elevator to the rooms are dated but once you’re inside the sleep inn area, it is very clean and I would say renovated. The person cleans daily and changes towels and sheets daily. He is extremely helpful. The room location is amazingly close to shops, restaurant, transportation, and is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. I highly recommend if you don’t mind living in a very tight...

"Be warned the lifts are being serviced and can lead to crowding at busy times. Also demolition building works next door. Being a VIP Expedia hotel I thought the drink voucher would be for an alcoholic drink - it wasn’t. I did like my room but it looked out to the building works which was annoying and there were lots of noise from people coming and going in the hallway. Not sure I would stay again."

"So this is a place where you get good value. Some of the negative reviews that almost turned me off coming here are with hindsight like people booking a budget airline then getting mad that the seats have less legroom than they're used to. The staff was very helpful here. The accommodation is in what i think is a partially converted residential building. There are multiple hotels in this building. The rooms are cramped. The walls aren't clean and thin. The bathrooms might be shared...

"We had a wonderful welcome for a last minute booking thanks to the staff at the Royal Garden Hotel nearby! This was due to a terrible mess made by Hotels.com!!! We changed our stay date by one day and could only get a virtual assistant that assured us the dates were changed. We arrived to find the original date was canceled but no new one made and the hotel was fully booked!!! Un acceptable Hotels.com!!! Thank you to both hotels involved to help us out after a long flight!!"
