"Room could have been cleaner. Stains on the carpet in few areas around the room. Shower stall was quite dirty and smelly. Otherwise was good. Hotel is in a great area with many food and drink options. Convenience stores, restaurants, bars, malls are all around the corner. TST MTR is about 10 min walk away. The hill is as steep as others say it is -- it will tire most people. "

"Very nice place, rooms are modern and clean. Location is excellent. Only complaint was with restaurant. We arrived 20 minutes before breakfast was ending. We paid for our meal and were told we had 20 minutes. We were okay with this but unfortunately the staff began clearing all food from buffet within five minutes of us sitting. Other than that I would recommend this hotel."

"This is our 2nd time here. The location is very convenient with walking distance to MTR, restaurants, supermarket. Close to West Kowloon Train Station. The airport bus A21 and A22 will get you near the hotel. The staff are great, helpful and friendly, especially Molly and Body. They made our stay enjoyable. Their coffee is amazingly good. Definitely come back again. "

"A very good hotel. Clean, well kept, smart. In a great location and very close to the MTR, Victoria Harbour, all the hustle and bustle of Kowloon. The Crown Club lounge was marvellous with a superb, friendly, and helpful team (Teresa, Nora, Morris, Lane and all the other staff without exception were fantastic.) Some of the negative reviews that almost turned me off coming here are with hindsight like people booking a budget airline then getting mad that the seats have less legroom than they're used to. The staff was very helpful here. The accommodation is in what i think is a partially converted residential building. There are multiple hotels in this building. The rooms are cramped. The walls aren't clean and thin. The bathrooms might be shared...

Great experience, great location

"When you stay there, you've got to try their buffet in the second floor. Amazing food for a very reasonable price. Stuff were super friendly and helpful. On my wife's birthday they sent a birthday cake to our room. Thank you! And the location is great too. About 10 min walk to Victoria Harbor, one of the most popular tourist attractions, which to me is the best choice since it isn't too noisy but still quite convenient."
