"House cleaning is OK, but has room for improvement. The roof-top terrace was part of the reason why we chose the hotel. But we were told we were ‘allowed’ to chill there that time. Otherwise it should be used only for guests that order drinks! We thought it’s for all hotel guests! A bit disappointed! "

"Staying for the 2nd time within a year. I checked in well before noon and the reserved queen bed room was not ready until later in the afternoon. The very polite and efficient front desk staff offered an option to take a 2-bed room instead. Since I was travelling solo I took up the offer which worked out perfectly fine. "Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover."

"The room is excellent. The view is unbeatable. We stayed 5 days in the 20th floor and had the harbour view all by ourselves. One must go up to the roof top to see the whole harbour. Minor change should be provide water bottles to the guests. The location is perfect, 7 minutes walk from Whampoa D2 MTR exit. "
