"Apart from checking in was a nightmare, with guests waiting and luggage shuffled in any space within the reception area. Everything after that was smooth and enjoyable. Finally reached my room to unpack and relax. Later found that the location of the hotel is perfect and central to whether you want shopping or just plain good food from all around the world - Turkish to Korean to Japanese to good old local HK dim sums. 😋😋😅"

"The hotel is located on the 16th floor of a commercial property in downtown Kowloon. Room was very basic, but clean. Staff were polite and efficient in our check-in and check-out. Room suitable for one night between flight and boarding cruise ship."

"My husband and I had a 13 hour layover in Hong Kong from LA to Thailand. We wanted to explore the city a little bit and did not want to sleep at the airport so we found a last minute room.
