"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive suite and had use of the exec lounge for breakfast and also comp afternoon tea and evening drinks. Really easy to use the MTR to get around as station about 300m away! Slow check in however and would be good if they could provide a means to refill water bottles/flasks as water is no longer provided in rooms. Would recommend though."

"Ok hotel, little bit old as not enough power outlet for many device. Our checkin staff was so dizzy, he took 15 minutes to do checkin of our 2 rooms. Other were fine, other staff were helpful. Needed facility around is enough. Price is reasonable."

"Beautiful property!! Staff were fabulous!! But - Being that this is a new hotel it is quiet far from everything. Our Uber drivers kept getting lost coming back from the downtown area. No restaurants or coffee shops near the hotel outside of the ones in the hotel. I was also very disappointed the pool was closed for the season when I specifically booked a hotel - this roof top one especially- with a pool in my search filter. "
