"This is an older hotel, but clean and well managed. The staff was very attentive. Room was very spacious overlooking the river. Had a great experience at the hotel and it was conveniently located with ample parking. Breakfast buffet had a large variety. We enjoyed the smaller breakfast room - Il Salice. "This is my best 2 nights stay in Sapporo, I got upgraded with higher levels and the room is clean and spacious (btw this hotel is the only one I noticed they have changed bed sheets and pillows cover for my 7 days family trip) and I was able to store my luggage 2 days before I checked in. Front desk is professional and friendly, btw I was able to do late check out cause wife wants to do some shopping thanks to IHG memberships. "
