Where do i start? Staff support friendly. The room was the best that we had on our Japan trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. The Onsen was the most opulent on our entire trip. The only thing was that could have topped it off, was a higher room. We had a view of a brick wall.

One day was enough. The bath was not that clean and the food was the same items served over and over for dinner and breakfast.

Description of accommodation was not same as the actual accommodation. Garbage/trash was not collected by the hotel staff. There was no explanation that I had to put it out. During 6 day stay, there was not once room was cleaned or towels were changed. Was I supposed to request for the service? The location was rather far from subway station and nearest grocery store was rather far. For travelers who do not have a car and have a problem with walking, it was tough. The staff was very helpful when I contacted for some assistance.
