"nice, clean and comfortable room with fast wifi before our flights back home. Parking is an issue with not enough parking spaces overnight limited to 36 spaces for its guests. Has to park across the street. Also, the hotel does not have temporary parking space to unload luggage unless to park on a busy, active street to stop the traffic. Otherwise, it is a very good hotel choice to transit back home at a near airport location "

"We took the shuttle from Chitose airport that left from the end outside near the police desk. Had to wait a bit after the plane landed but it was free so that was fine. There were a couple of places to walk to get dinner since which was good since we arrived after the hotel restaurant was closed. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen was nice. Rooms were small and overall a little outdated but a fine place to stay close to the airport. "
