"Stay was good as always, just one minor issue hence a 4. Staff and rooms was great as always, except heating was an issue. Room was really cold and thermostat either didn’t work or heating was insufficient. Covers on bed did keep me warm enough to sleep but was still cold. "We loved our 2 night stay here, the restaurant was great (unfortunately couldn’t get a booking at Yu Pan Asian) and we loved that the outdoor pool was heated for swimming in winter.
