"Lovely hotel. Only downfall was they kept turning off my heat (in the winter) amd turning on the air?? Idky because it was cold i had to continuously call down to the front to get my hear turned back on. Lastly this hotel is huge. Yet on check in no rooms were available untill 3 so i had to sit in the lobby exhausted and get lagged from 6am to 3p bc they have no where for you to rest/lounge while you wait for your room"

"You cannot beat the view from this hotel. Compared with other places I've stayed in Japan, this had the best view, a feeling of space and relaxation, and with the fountain below, the white noise took care of any residual city sound. This place was convenient to the Tower, and also to public transportation. There was always a taxi if we needed one. "The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station and being near the Kabukicho area, there is abundance of food and shopping. You can also easily walk to the biggest Isetan store, Disney flagship store, money changers, etc. The hotel rooms are on the compact side with limited storage space for your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Perfect for people travelling in pairs. Fortunately for us, we booked 3 rooms for a family of 5."

"The lobby is very nice. The room is kind of small but has everything you need except for water. You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

"Really nice hotel very convenient located 8 min walk to Tokyo tower 12 min walk to Family mart store 10 min walk to multiple coffee shops 15 min walk to stations One reduced the star by 1 due to the shower head not being adjustable and pointed at an awards direction but being 6f2 in Japan will do that"
