"Upon walking up, the property looks clean and fairly modern. The location is great with a 7Eleven right across the street and a Starbucks and Starbucks Reserve just a couple of blocks down. The train stations are a 10 minute walk. Our room and bathroom were clean for the most part. The staff did their job in checking us in, and assisted us if we had a need. "Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The location is excellent, with easy access to Shibuya and Harajuku on foot, as well as proximity to Shibuya station. Rooms are small as expected in Tokyo. Service at the on site restaurant is very slow, but food is good (breakfast better than dinner). Staff were nice but not overly accomodating.
