Best Western, Kawagoe hotels

"Beautiful, calm and serene with exceptional service. Would happily stay here again if we return. Rooms are cozy. The lounge and other amenities are lovely. "

"Very large hotel about 6 minutes walk to the closest subway. The rooms are pretty small as is usually the case with Japanese hotels; maybe an upgrade would help. There wasn't much in the way of a wardrobe to unpack but luckily here there was space under the bed for suitcases which wasn't the case anywhere else we stayed. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's not very central to most of the tourist things but easy to jump on the metro from the nearest station and get around."

"Amenities aplenty around the hotel. Train and subway is also nearby. However, breakfast only starts at 7am. Selection for the whole week remains very similar"

"Excellent location with Ikebukuro station across the street. Shopping, convenience stores, and excellent dining options were all nearby. Staff was professional, most helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend the breakfast add-on option. My only complaint is that the rooms and hallways smelled somewhat of stale cigarette smoke. Although the floor was non-smoking, the smell suggested that has not always been the case. This was not a big enough issue for me to prevent me from staying here in future. I highly recommend this hotel."
