"Amazing hotel with excellent food, drinks and views. Had a room with the hot tub on the terrace and I was using this a lot during my two day stay. One word of caution if you come by train and with luggage: the slopes are very steep so I suggest to use a taxi which will set you back around 1250 JPY."

"What an amazing hotel. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The bathtub on the balcony is actual hot spring water. The place is immaculate. The gym is also very nice. And also, it's easy walking to Giza where all the food is. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully even more nights."

It has a traditional feel and the cafe is really nice and the hot springs, however there is no view, unless you pay for the private baths upstairs. After waiting 20 minutes, the concierge finally appeared but didn't bother checking our travel documents. The physical key provided was difficult to use, and the lack of English or French speakers made it impossible to seek information. We felt lost and decided to check out early. "Fairly quiet end Mid April. Couldn’t figure out where the light switch for one of the lights and staff isn’t always around even during the day so it’s a bit tricky to get help. Almost everything is self served which is great but if you need help then it gets a bit tedious. Facilities are great and the location is also very convenient. Quiet, clean, and spacious. I was on the fourth floor and there was no escalator. Fortunately I travelled pretty light. If you are disabled or has lots of luggage might need to ask for a lower floor."
