"Casablanca Pool House was an absolute incredible experience they’re so kind and accommodating, the house is so clean upon arrival, having a private pool and outdoor tub is rare to find in Japan especially on a last minute booking ! "Then staff was extremely helpful and kind. The welcome that we received during check in was a great and unique experience. The room we booked "botan" was very spacious, clean and had a small garden path to our private onsen. We would definitely be coming back again."

"It was great. Wonderful, friendly and thoughtful staff. Front desk was great help with so many questions. It's nice that some staff did not speak English, and some did very well. One morning my daughter was exhausted and couldn't make breakfast. Without asking the chef packed her a special to go breakfast that was perfect and amazing. Arigato gozaimasu Kamakura WeBase.... "very basic " business hotel" No frills or real extras but the price reflects it. If you are new to japan and SOMEHOW end up in this town it might not be the best for you but its close to the train station although a bit out of the way. I would probably not stay there again but it was the CHEAPEST and so would recommend it for a budget friendly basic place with breakfast."

"Expected this hotel to be in Kamarura , however we were very happy to be in Ofuna . Excellent value, great staff , ammenities and breakfast "

"Looks like an older building but everything was clean and the amenities were good. The front staff were very friendly. The free welcome drink bar was a nice touch and 7-11 right next door if you need anything. Very happy with the stay, especially considering it was reasonably priced."

"I once stayed in a traditional Japanese hotel. but this feels more like a hostel. The rooms are very small and so is the shared spaces. This place is good for solo travel or a quick night stay. The things I enjoyed the most was the comfortable mattresses and the ability to drop my luggage off in the morning. "

"Very clean and very close to the sakaragicho station. Beautiful clean hotel. Staff is very helpful. Room was very spacious and well planned out. It is attached to a multi level shopping mall with two entire floors dedicated to restaurants. The Noge district is just 2 blocks away. Just a tip, if you want your luggage sent to your next hotel, the company the hotel uses is very expensive. It is better to go to the 7/11 right next to the hotel and use Yamato transport. "

"We stayed for three nights and it was marvellous. It is a larger, more hotel like ryokan but still has a very tranquil atmosphere, and was great for families like ours. There are two public onsen — they switch between men and women daily — and both are spacious and serene. It was such an experience soaking in the onsen under the stars, looking out onto the mountains. The rooms are spacious and the private balcony bath which fills with hot spring water at the touch of a button is a lovely touch. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both very good for buffet offerings. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help."

"My family of 3 stayed at the Hyatt Regency Yokohama for 4 nights. We loved how big our room was and the efficient layout. Soaking in the large tub at the end of the day was a major plus. This hotel is centrally located to the subway and only a short walk to Chinatown. I would definitely recommend. "

"Excellent onsen ryokan at a very competitive price. You to select three 50 minute sessions in one of the three on-site onsens per day (one in the morning, two in then evening). The staff were friendly and accommodating. It's a bit of a hike uphill from the station but nothing someone moderately fit can't handle."
