"This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance! "Stayed in the beautiful suite and totally enjoyed it. Great quality linen, spacious shower (although it smelt a little stale) and lovely grounds. Enjoyed walking around the little garden and the hotel with a view of the greenery everywhere. Buffet food was great variety but just ok in taste. "

"The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good. "

"It is a perfect stopover before taking an evening trip. We paid $5 per hour fee for late checkout. The hotel provided transportation to the airport, which was very comfortable. We use their gym. Their noodle soup was good a la carte. 711 stays open, 24 hours a day. Bought water and desserts. This is the second time I use this hotel on a stopover. "

"The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful but the Family mart staff was not. Hotel is a bit outdated, equal to Motel standard. Airport shuttle driver park his bus outside not in front of the hotel and there was no calling out so we sat there waiting but missed the bus."

"We stayed here for two nights, and it turned out to be a great last-minute find that fit our budget perfectly. The hotel is spacious, and the shower and bathtub combo was definitely my favorite feature. The property doesn’t have a front desk, so check-in and checkout are done via tablet, which made communication a bit challenging. The couch in the room didn’t seem very clean, but the room itself had everything we needed, from slippers and towels to a kitchen with a fridge for storing snacks. The bathtub was the standout feature—it fills itself and can stay heated for a personal onsen experience, while still allowing you to shower separately if needed. The location is fantastic, extremely close to the train station, a grocery store, and within walking distance to an Orix car rental location. The surrounding area is quiet, though we did have some trouble finding the property on Google Maps, but a nearby local kindly showed us the way. One downside is that because there is no front desk, arranging early or late check-out could be difficult. Additionally, there is no option to store luggage, which was a concern for us and made us hesitate to book again. However, if that hadn’t been a problem, we would’ve booked here again in a heartbeat. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable stay with good amenities, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option close to transport. "

Fantastic business hotel next to a train station

"The room may be small, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. High-speed internet is readily available and easy to use. The cleaning staff comes only when requested, making it a very eco-friendly option. One of the highlights was the bathhouse (sento), which stays open late and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The surrounding area is pleasant, featuring a small park and being conveniently close to restaurants and the train station. I highly recommend staying here if you prefer a quieter experience away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo."
