"Perfect place to get out of the bustling city. Better if you rent a car so you can get around Narita. Close to the airport too with shuttles. I'm not dependent on public transport so this works out perfectly for my partner and I."

"I booked the Japanese suite, it’s very spacious like a two bedroom suite, my two teen boys have futon on one side, me and my husband had mattress on the other side of the room, in between there is a living room setting with sofa , tv, desk, bar table, the bathroom is quite big with toilet and shower separately, the foyer can store our five big luggage’s, it’s 15 mins shuttle between hotel and airport, very convenient and efficient, overall it’s the best choice we had in Tokyo so far. "Absolutely zero-frills hotel, very straightforward. I really, really like it. I have stayed in multiple Toyoko Inns over the years, and I had nothing but great experience staying. Certainly would recommend. But, if there's anything I am not fond of, it would be the check-in time, which is at 4 PM. I wish it could be earlier. "Staff and property were both nice. The AC became a heater for some reason and the entire room became a sauna during the day. We were only there for 2 nights to see Disneysea but were surprised to find out the hotel is an hour away by train."

Funabashi Grand Sauna and Capsule Hotel - Caters to Men

"Great atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub area is fantastic. The capsule was fine. It had plug in for charging and lights, TV. The bed itself was a bit stiff, but I still slept fine. Close to train stations, close to shopping and all sorts of food. The street it is on is lively and fun. I would definitely spend a night here again if I ever go back to Japan. Shampoo, shaving blades were provided to keep you looking fabulous. Highly recommend. Breakfast was also great 👍"

"I can’t say enough about this place. The convenience of the train station is steps away. There is a McDonalds that you could see from the hotel like a 3 minute walk. The hotel is above a supermarket with everything you may need. Taxis and buses stop all day long right in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Staff is excellent. Breakfast Japanese style is very elaborate. Coffee is delicious. Highly recommend. "

Fantastic business hotel next to a train station

"The room may be small, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. High-speed internet is readily available and easy to use. The cleaning staff comes only when requested, making it a very eco-friendly option. One of the highlights was the bathhouse (sento), which stays open late and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The surrounding area is pleasant, featuring a small park and being conveniently close to restaurants and the train station. I highly recommend staying here if you prefer a quieter experience away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo."

"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. Was mostly quiet throughout the week, it gets a bit busier at a weekend. Was a really useful stay over the time I was there, thank you so much for having me!"

Great Location/Helpful Staff!

"The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! Also, don't worry about the language barrier; they have interpretation devices handy when needed. Anything you need, just ask. I would definitely stay there again. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location was wonderful. The train station is just around the corner as well as a mini mart and walkable restaurants. Great price. Lovely staff. "

"Loved how close the hotel was to the train station, maybe about 1 minute walking! The staff were very nice, as well as the housekeepers being very polite. The room was very clean and tidy. And there’s also a lot of things to do near the hotel. Would stay at again! "
