"It was very nice, but I thought a bit expensive for a small room with only one armchair. The only window was behind the headboard. I was able to open it, but could not open the shutters that covered it—really obstructed view. In the event of a fire, if the hallway had been full of smoke, the only way to get out of that window would have been to move the wooden queen-sized bed. I would never have chosen that room. "This was a cute little spot that's walking distance to the falls. The house itself is in a quiet area away from the noise of the main drag. We decided to sleep in a bit so we missed breakfast so not sure of the quality or the options available. "

"Great location if you want to do some bike riding along the Niagara River, or wine tasting. Unit was well equipped, loved the deck and the bbq. Only downsides are the lack of television reception and the A/C was too cold and could not be regulated. O/w we really enjoyed the accommodations and would recommend it."

"PROS: The location can't be beat. You park your car once in their private lot, and can then walk everywhere in NOTL with ease - the Festival Theatre and the Royal George Theatre both being a short, easy walk from the property.
