"Great people and clean "

"Stayed two nights with my husband while attending an event in downtown Guelph (10 min drive from the hotel)- the room was a nice size, bed was comfy, and the kitchenette was nicely stocked. Everything was clean- the bathtub will need an upgrade in the near future but the shower head was newish and everything worked fine. There was plenty of variety at breakfast and the staff were attentive at keeping the trays full. We were near the elevator but didn't have any issues with noise. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The check-in was quick and the front desk associate was very friendly. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Had all necessary amenities as expected. Would definitely stay here the next time I visit Kitchener or any surrounding areas. "

"Everything was wonderful! We were offered bottled water upon arrival which was greatly appreciated. We selected to have breakfast included and I’m happy we did. Healthy locally sourced foods where possible. The hotel serves my favourite Italian coffee/espresso which was a bonus. Robes available in the lighted wardrobe are a nice touch. "

"The room was clean and bright. The bed was comfortable, and made beautifully. Breakfast was good with typical options, but well made and filling. First hotel I’ve had a decent cup of coffee in! Staff were friendly and attentive. The floors in the room were a bit of a problem because it was snowing and we kept having to wipe up the water. Otherwise, it was a truly excellent experience. "

"Spacious room, comfortable bed. They have nice decor and friendly staff to welcome you at the lobby. Best part of staying here is the delicious brekfast buffet with lots of options. Eggs, crispy potatoes, usually two meat options like bacon, sausage, bangers or ham...quality fresh fruit! and lots of pastries. One morning they had chocalate cinnamon buns - not really breakfast but way above the typical hotel "breakfast included" offering. The Bruce Restaurant is great for dinner. I'll definitely stay here again."
