The staff were polite and friendly. The general condition of the building was fine; however, breakfast area was cold, so the hot breakfast we were going to have got cold quickly. And the bathroom ventilation system was too noisy!

In the middle of the franchise shopping area. Standard hotel, clean, fridge and microwave in room, pool and breakfast included. All basic requirements covered. Comfy beds!

The attendant at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hallway smelled a bit mildewy. Otherwise, the facility is clean and well kept. Staff respond promptly to concerns. The view from the room was lovely. A very nice stay overall.

Front desk staff not with it! Asked for late check out for both rooms they locked us out and didn’t extend it! Had to go down 3 more times just to get key to work! They seemed somewhere else!

The property is quite outdated but it is safe and clean. The staff when a supervisor is not in are not the best.. they let the pool drain and the chemicals in the hot tub were messed up. The staff member we talked to about our concerns wasn’t pleasant and actually laughed at our concerns however the supervisor rectified the situation as soon as she arrived the next morning.
