We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. Had nothing negative to say about the place. Pizza, ice cream, and fried chicken stores at the front of building was convenient.

We got a deluxe king room. The shower was so small, like those cheap ones. If you’re tall it’s barely enough room to move around for one person. That’s not what I expected from a deluxe king room. The hot tub had a timer which was on the wall close to the sink not near the tub. The timer last 5 mins and you had to get up and reset - that was annoying. Suppose to be relaxing. For the price we paid for new years to stay there, the shower and hot tub was a disappointment. We didn’t complain though. Just tried to make the best out of it. Definitely wouldn’t book that room again. Not worth the money. We could hear peoples conversations coming from their rooms while waiting for the elevators!

Parking is extra and costlier than if you buy full day parking in spots nearby. The hotel is in a good location, walk able to all popular tourist attraction. Hotel does not include free breakfast. Stayed there for 1 night, the amenities are fine, hotel is clean.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel for New Year's Eve. This place was really affordable, clean and the staff was amazing. We will definitely book here again.

This hotel is centrally located in the busy tourist area with easy access to many restaurants, shops, attractions and more. The whirlpool was also very relaxing. It would be great to have an option that included breakfast however Denny's was right outside the front door so it was very convenient. Howard Johnson will be my first choice when next I'm in Niagara.
