"The actual room was large and clean. The A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice. However, there were several issues: 1) the lock on the main gate to the hotel wasn't functioning, only one of the locks on the room door worked, and the lock that worked required a key to get out of the room; 2) the office reception closed early and opened late; 3) there was no water pressure in the shower, and the drain didn't work, so the water (eventually) backed up.
