"Love the location and was thrilled with the property and room. My only issues were the drinking water situation as it was very difficult to get water (not sure if there was a water fountain or fill station somewhere?) and then I didn’t love security continuously asking “where I was going” every time I was going to the elevators up to my room. I believe it’s due to the roof deck access but that has nothing to do with me as a paying customer of the hotel specifically. It was bordering on offensive but I’m going to give them a pass under the assumption there was some sort of incident recently. I HIGHLY suggest management addresses this immediately."
