"This was truly disappointing. First, parking was a major issue—though there’s a garage, it wasn’t usable, and the nearby option didn’t fit an SUV. I checked in Thursday; by Friday after work, the room hadn’t been cleaned. I called, and they said someone would come, but after an hour, I had to go to the front desk—only to learn housekeeping had left for the day, meaning it wouldn’t be cleaned until the next day. On Saturday, after leaving and coming back at 11 p.m.—following an hour of searching for parking—the room still wasn’t cleaned."

"Check in was fast and easy. No self parking available, only valet $35-40 a day with in and out access. Pool & Gym was nice. There is a Chinese restaurant in the building and very nice Japanese restaurant next door. Wabi Nori. Highly recommend. "

"I love this place and will be back again! Trendy spot, fabulous atmosphere, beautiful decor and most importantly - incredibly engaging & friendly staff! I loved that it had a room with 2 queen beds (rather than 2 doubles). I traveled with my spouse and 2 teenagers and stayed for 2 nights. Comfortable & fun. Walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge. "

"Amazing location and stay at The Ludlow. Only complaint would be the elevator was super slow and the stairs option was nowhere to be found. "

"The room was cold, however i was able to adjust the temperature, i didn't use the gym, the staff was pleasant. This is our 5/6times staying at nova the room are pretty decent but the mattress is not the best especially if you have any back issues.."
