First of all, we had booked & paid for early check in & late check out time on Expedia. When we arrived, we were told that there was no possible way that we had early checkin because you have to pay cash to the hotel directly for that. Then the hotel was under construction, so the breakfast restaurant was closed the entire stay and we had someone in the hotel room above us doing LOUD construction remodeling that whole stay. All we heard was BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG the whole time. We called the front desk & was informed that they had nothing else available for us and that we would have to just deal with it. The charging outlets in the room didn’t work, so good thing we brought our own adapters!! We are 420 friendly people and called the front desk to see where the outdoor smoking area was & the lady told us there WASNT ONE. The whole time we were there for the first two days, everything was done from the side entrance (our drivers had the worst time trying to track us down for outings).. so we were unaware that the smoking area was RIGHT outside the front doors. Why the lady who WORKS THERE didn’t know that is beyond me! The heated pool is NOT warm at all. We had also reserved in advance a room with a walk-in shower because one of us was disabled (confirmed 3 times with them before our arrival) .. and there was not a single room like that available for our stay. I will say one thing … NEVER GOING BACK! Save your money people!
