"We had an early am flight to catch, and so I looked at what was available at the airport - the Holiday Inn was, and it hit the mark - the staff was super busy (there were lots of fellow travelers) and working hard - room was solid, staff was great, food was ok enough - and the main terminal was a 5 minute walk away (and it was about five minutes from the airport bus dropoff as well) - I'll stay again."

"We had a lovely stay at Golden Jubilee Hotel. The was a problem with the reservation so checking in and out was a bit of a hassle as I got worried about my booking. The only issue we had was that our room was connected to another room with a door, and we could hear other people from next door. The lady was very loud early in the morning so we couldn’t sleep properly. Also the phone wasn’t working. Overall, had a nice stay. It’s a lovely hotel and newly renovated. "

"It was clean, fairly priced, and -- most importantly -- conveniently located in the West End. It's no frills, but still a very solid home base while in Glasgow. The park is a couple of blocks away, Kelvingrove museum is about 10-15min walk, and the university is just a few more minutes beyond that. Friendly staff too. Don't forget to stop by Dough Man's Land one block away for amazing, quick pizzas!"
