"We are delighted by our stay on this property, the room was comfortable, bed has good heating and air conditioning, awesome comfortable beds, Mina at the front desk was helpful - allowing us to leave our luggages so we can explore before checking in , really great location close to Universal Orlando , Wanderworld and Seaworld and the Epic Mcdo , Gustavo and Hilton are specially helpful on loading our bags on the cart when we were checked in , Sirlene, Danilo , Aura and Sofia are nice enough to say hi, will stay definitely again if we are at the area."
