I had a little accident (accidentally tripped and fell) in my room, staff was very nice in helping me to get medical help…..One drawback about this hotel is it is kind of far from the city. The metro station at Kintx is still under construction. The closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking."

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"I would consider staying again only under the following circumstances 1) if their aircon service is operational or 2) if during the times when it isn't, it is cold enough outside to cool the room through the small window opening. Maybe at most 8 degrees celsius. More than that no way I am staying there. No way. And while at it I would avoid staying at hotels that restrict air conditioning at all. Just charge us more. "2nd stay at Roynet, and it's generally a good value option with what most travellers would need. It doesn't claim to be 5 star quality, but it's great for what it is. Hotel is conveniently located between Mapo (nearer) and Gongdeog station. There's a good chain cafe below and many eating options nearby. Room is effiiciently laid out and there's the provision of a self laundry, water dispenser, microwave, ice maker for common use. Would consider staying again. "

"My first time in Korea and I couldn’t have asked for a better location! EVERYONE was very helpful and hospitable. The hotel was located in a very central area-close to restaurants, transportation, and city life in Seoul. I felt very safe because there were police officers everywhere-especially at night. The ONLY glitch of the hotel was the shower curtain could be washed or replaced because it omitted a slight mildewy smell, but that’s it. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. "

"Had an exceptional stay at L'escape. The design and ambience of the hotel and suite is one of a kind. Not to mention the size of the suite is very large compared to the hotels around Seoul. The staff are also so professional and attentive. Location wise, it's conveniently located central to the landmarks and Myong Dong. Definitely will return! "

"We had such great experiences to stay at this hotel. All staffs were very helpful to answer our questions & fulfill our reasonable requests. I have two constructive suggestions: #1. Expand the laundry room with more washing machines & dryers. #2. Enhance the front desk staffs’ knowledge on hotel tax refund. The hotel will need to provide the tax refund form to get the refund at the airport. However, the staffs only mentioned that the airport staff would have helped without providing me the the hotel stay tax refund form. I failed to get the tax refund at the airport because of this ><."
