Overall the stay was great, the property is a bit dated, but super clear and tidy. The onsite gym was amazing, even had erg’s for my son who is a rower. If you go in the winter, you can’t control the heat, the room got super warm until we were able to figure out how to open the outdoor window vents. Overall a good solid hotel and stay.

My first time in Korea and I couldn’t have asked for a better location! EVERYONE was very helpful and hospitable. The hotel was located in a very central area-close to restaurants, transportation, and city life in Seoul. I felt very safe because there were police officers everywhere-especially at night. The ONLY glitch of the hotel was the shower curtain could be washed or replaced because it omitted a slight mildewy smell, but that’s it. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well situated within an easy walk to many interesting tourist sites. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and very helpful with information and requests. We highly recommend this hotel for both price and location!

Pro: Conveniently located at the airport bus drop off. Con: They use a really old control panel to turn the light off. It was located in the entertainment center. The control panel looked like an old VCR. It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to turn off the lights. Maybe educate you guest by having instructions at the entrance of the room. There was a snow storm that delayed my flight significantly. They wouldn't allow me to cancel my reservations. I only had the room for 3 hours. They were not very helpful.

I love the convenience of being able to just walk to the palaces, myeongdong downtown and subway. A central area. The hotel also has a laundry facility which is one of the main reason I booked this hotel. Airport bus is also right in front of the hotel.

Everything was perfect except on Saturday. I originally picked this hotel because of the convenience of cathcing the airport bus right in front. But all the roads were blocked and had to walk to another location to catch the airport bus.

The overall experience was good. The property is located walking distance to the castle and blue house. Multiple transportation options are available. Short walk to a variety of food options in myeongdong but far enough away that it isnt as crowded by the hotel. The cons of this place are that the rooms are pretty dated. There are warning signs about not staining the carpet but from what I could see the stains were already present. Another thing to keep in mind is that political parties have gatherings on the main street right outside of the hotel on saturdays and sundays. This wasn't a problem for me but may surprise some guests.

The hotel location is 100 points. The hotel service is also very good. However, one thing that is disappointing is that the bathroom is very old, either because it is a very busy hotel or because it is an old hotel. That is why it smells like old rags. The shower curtain also smelled like old rags, so I asked them to change it every two days. That was the only disappointing thing, but everything else was good. The room size was big, but the furniture in the room was very old. The upgraded room had much better bathroom and furniture, but the unpleasant smell was still there.
