"It is very convenient, location wise and the staff are very friendly. Very close to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, British Museum, National Gallery, Leicester Square, Soho & China Town. A good budget accommodation for a day or two. One thing to watch out though. I had read a review that you would be provided one small towel. It was true. I stayed for 2 days and I had one small towel for 2 days. Overall, I think it is a good place for a short visit. "

"Hotel was very central for our trip, easy access to Waterloo station. Lobby could have used more sitting areas (chairs). Check in did not provide enough information. They were short with check in. We had a credit for not using room service but were not told it could only be used in the restaurant and not for breakfast which we planned on using it for. That was disappointing.
